Pulling my hair out trying to figure this out:

Have 190K miles, three people wanting to travel Spain to Cairo then to India and back to Spain. Any suggestions how to do this in Business class? Would I need to book open jaws MAD-CAI then back MAA-MAD, purchasing our own way from Cairo to India? Can you come up with something creative, maybe tack on a <24 hour stopover somewhere interesting, because I am apparently incapable of doing that.
