Thanks. I've flown F once before. I've never fully understood the bistro menu thing. So essentially I can choose to have dinner served whenever I want. And then if say, 6 or 7 hours into the flight I'm hungry, I just ask for something from the bistro menu?

Also - the chocolates with dinner. They didn't make an appearance on my other F flight. Do you have to ask for them, or are they supposed to be given to you (I'm thinking about my other half, who will like them)?
