I'll be flying First on BA0015 from LHR to SIN on 22 Jul.

A couple of questions:

- what meals will I get on the plane? Dinner and breakfast?

- I can book a spa treatment 28 days out, so I make that tomorrow. Is that right? I assume the best way to book is to call You First, rather than sending an email and then waiting two days for them to email me back and tell me there's no availability.
