Vietnam: Need Mekong Delta Tour and Driver/Guide Recommendations

Just found out we will be in Saigon/HCMC in business for a week in July. Staying at the Intercontinental. Decided to extend our stay through the weekend so we can do a bit of sightseeing.

Specifically interested in a Mekong tour. Would love to hear advice from others who've had good experiences.

We will probably find a half day during the week to see the Reunification Palace and may squeeze in the Opera House. Expect we will use taxis or Uber for things like that.

No interest in doing the tunnels (claustrophobic), but definitely open to other easy stops that aren't too time consuming.

Also considering a drive out and around Xuan Loc (Dong Nai province), as that's where Mr Abroad's first firebase was located — it's his first time back in VN since the war. We know it's nothing much to see, but if we decide to go, we will need a reliable driver/guide for a day. Any recommendations?

We will be traveling to Hanoi, central highlands, etc., later in the year, so this is just to scratch Saigon off the checklist. Thanks for any tips!
