Just got a credit card that after a couple of months of spend will get me sufficient skymiles for a transatlantic award flight.

So, I think I will be able to try to book the award flight in late August or early September at the earliest.

The thing is, I would really like to book the award flight for October or November at the latest.

I haven't booked an award using Skymiles for many years, though.

What do you guys think my chances are of finding anything about 2 months out (book Sept, travel Nov)?
