This routing has turned up. I am torn between what we have booked (US SLC-PHX-ANC) or the above. Quite fancy the earlier arrival and we don't mind the long haul back and forth to ORD.

It's just this is to be an "experience" for us and I have read bad things about the US 320 aircraft, seats catering etc in F which we'd get SLC-PHX-ANC. Help, please!

Another thought, if I may pose a further question. If we choose routing via SEA-ANC on AS, as above, should we not make the flight booked due to delays on the AA flights, SLC-ORD-SEA, would AS put us onto a later flight without penalty, and in F, on this Saaver Award? Thanks.
