I would just put the Ooma behind the Linksys router. Just buy an Ethernet switch if you don't have enough ports.

Only exception is if the Ooma does some kind of Quality of Service to prioritize voice packets. Then you'd want it connected to the modem.

To see the router's WAN address, look at its status on its web configuration page.
