Circumnavigate the globe: Where would you go?

I have around 140k avios points from using the BA credit card and it is time for me to use them. I wanted to use my companion ticket to invite my brother to Eastern Europe, but it seems the london fuel charge is unavoidable when using the companion ticket and $600+ each is not an appealing prospect for me anymore. I need to be able to use my miles without paying a lot in fees because i just dont have the money. If you know of any destinations where it is possible to use the companion ticket without the ridiculous fuel surcharge, I am very interested in that too.

So, I am thinking of plotting some sort of way to use my points for myself for a one month long leisure trip. I discovered http://wandr.me/Award-Search/Avios-Map/ and just playing with it, it seems like it may be possible to circumnavigate the world (starting from Seattle) with the amount of miles i have. What route would you take? what cities would you make sure to stopn at? Only preferences I have are stopping in Kiev (for a photography project I have been wanting to do) and Kaliningrad (to visit a friend).

Kaliningrad is a problem because it seems I can only use miles to fly from Moscow and if I go eastward it would backtrack me a lot.

I am open to taking the Moscow-Kaliningrad train to avoid using points.

I have discovered some cities that I didnt expect have a lot of route options (Kuala Lumpur, Qatar)

I know, it is a vague question but I am reading and reading and it seems like a daunting task to plan this trip efficiently so I thought I would brainstorm a little.
