I did notice one issue last evening and this morning while using the website. I can't duplicate it now but I'll mention it in case others have run into the same thing. While researching fares the rates themselves would load normally. But then the page seemed to freeze for a bit so I couldn't select a fare. It did unfreeze after maybe 15 seconds or so and I was able to continue. I was using IE 11. It happened at least half a dozen separate times. If it happens again I'll try Chrome. As I say it's working fine now so maybe just a temporary glitch.
Since we're on the subject I assume that the new website and email formats are to make it easier for those on smaller PEDs. Right? As one who uses a large laptop for most flight reservations I liked it better the old way but time marches on. The marketing emails have so little info in them now that I'm not reading them as much.
