You should be fine. Most likely, LH505 will get cancelled [should the walkout go ahead]. I was in a similar situation during the strike in March (pilots were striking at the time, though) and my flight, also arriving on the day when industrial actions were supposed to commence, operated as per normal (the 'subsequent' flight back to MUC got cancelled).
