I don't know if anyone has ever run into this problem before. I did a search but haven't found anything else on flyer talk. I purchased a bluebird card from Walmart and tried to activate it online. I was given a message that they needed to review my account. Ultimately I received an email saying that they could not approve me for an account. No further explanation. I called customer service and they could not give me any further info. They suggested that I try to re register with a different e-mail address and phone number. It did not work. Any suggestions? Are there any other cards besides Serve and Redbird that allow you to load with a gift card that has pin access?
