Well, my upgrade date came and went without any fanfare. According to the printed letter, I'm receiving all of the benefits now that my I'm in a new billing cycle. However, I have not received a new card, nor has the Aviator Red image (when logged into my account) changed to Silver. I haven't yet booked any travel-related items that would earn bonuses, but my hotel stay a few days before my last statement closed posted as 1x (which is as the mailed letter stated but the opposite of the official email).
I have not received my Silver card yet. However, when I log into my AAviator account, it does ask me if I want to activate my card. And, it shows my card is currently Silver along with the benefits of Silver.
