I called their Amman call center. Even after selecting "English option", the automated system continues in Arabic. I called the NY center. They told me it's AA rules that i can only book a return tix on frequent flyer miles. Maybe it's true. Maybe it's BS. Another NY center agent told me to call them during Amman business hours & they will transfer me to Amman. Most of the time they are barely audible & the call quality is very poor. Anyway, Thanks to all of you. Appreciate it. Will see how it turns out.
