There is no arrivals lounge in SYD international (T1). The T1 F lounge is in the departures section. Some have suggested that it is possible to go upstairs and access the lounge but I can't comment on this (it'd be difficult and even more so to go back downstairs to arrivals).

Your best best might be to access the T3 Buisness lounge where there are showers and plenty of good food & drinks (including brilliant coffee). But this requires a QF bus connection to the other terminal.
