The response above is only partially true.

The fact that you have an e-visa, means nothing as far as the line for immigration is concerned.

The 'special lines' with limited hours are available to Turkish Airlines' passengers travelling in Business Class, Turkish Miles and Smiles Elite members and Star Alliance Gold travelling on Turkish Airlines only.

I have been successful getting a sticker from the ground staff when travelling on A3/LH/LX upon arrival for the 'special line' but it is not a given.

The regular lines vary greatly I find from a couple of hundred people to easily over a thousand, late at night IMHO.
