Spouse does not particularly like my cc/ms shenanigans, so I prefer to use secure message on chase site for most inquiries since spouse hates calling. This way, I can "manage" cards better. Here's my question: has anyone had success by sending SM? AF will post this month on Ink Bold (1 year old) and I'd like to see about spending offers/bonuses with the hope that they will credit AF or offer bonus to compensate. But I'd like to do this SM.

This is spouse's only UR product, though I could transfer his UR to me. Not sure if Chase will be less inclined to offer b/c of that. Thoughts?
