Looking on the first page I didn't see YVR listed. I can say ABTC/APEC worked flawlessly on my arrival today from ORD. I do not have Nexus.
I asked one the greeters coming down the escalators and she escorted me to the far right to an open and empty line while the Visitors lanes were backed up. Having no checked luggage I was out the door within 5 minutes and hopping a cab.
