The EK J lounge in Bangkok is quite nice, good food and very comfortable ith good showers if you have access on the return.
The secret of the TG domestic lounge is the "outdoor" area at the back of the lounge - much nicer than the drab interior! That said, if you want something decent to eat, just go to the little food court before you go down the departure concourse - but better selection of things. Not free of course, but sometimes you have to give up on the free stuff and have some standards
