But, RJ's online ticket request form is not working & their customer service is a big pain. They keep giving conflicting info & are clueless on how to book a ticket from Chicago to Hawaii on AA. Someone says it's 2 flights. So, it will be equivalent of two 1 way trips. Another person said something else. I will keep trying.
