I've only been in the Business lounge at SEA, though folks say that it's not so much different in SEA, the only really impressive things there are Jose's cocktails. The food in the lounge is pretty much limited to sandwiches, soup, and some other snacks. It's not bad, but you'll not really have a meal there.

If you want to grab a nice meal, I'd head over to Anthony's in the main terminal. It's not a real long way to travel, depending on where you arrive on your connecting flight.
