Phenylephine, also know as pseudofed PE in the US, is an alternative that has no pseudophedrine in the ingredients. It isn't as effective for some people as pseudofed but is better than nothing and works pretty well for many. I am one of those. You might try it at home to see how effective it is for you before traveling with it.
