Thanks, Indelaware, bhomburg & edy4eva for the suggestions/tips. Appreciate it. I decided to book 1 way ticket to hawaii on AA. But, RJ's online ticket request form is not working & their customer service is a big pain. They keep giving conflicting info & are clueless on how to book a ticket from Chicago to Hawaii on AA. Someone says it's 2 flights. So, it will be equivalent of two 1 way trips. Another person said something else. I will keep trying.
