I know that this goes without saying---but UC members have access to lounges operated by other Star Alliance airlines when departing any Star flight. IMHO this is one of the biggest benefits of membership.
Is this really that big a benefit for many? I suspect many of those with UC membership will also be Gold Elite (or why have membership if they don't fly UA frequently?) and therefore will have access to Star Alliance Lounges anyway on international travel.
I suspect there won't be that many instances where a domestic traveler on UA can logistically access a Partner lounge (if the UC membership card gets you in partner lounge on domestic UA itineraries) as International terminals are often separate.
