Unless it's moved recently, Phuket ,Thailand, is not in the Caribbean nor does Phuket get hurricanes. Other weather for SE Asia, including tsunamis, but no hurricanes.
Growing up in FL I clearly know where the Caribbean is and when hurricane season is. I was talking about Scrub Island. I thought that was obvious to everyone. Clearly not.
