Also, there are a lot of good resources on handango.com such as subway maps, international dialing codes, etc.

Finally, I find that "Docs to Go" is helpful in that I can copy content from the web (such as UA's RCC locations) paste it into a MS Word document, and then transfer that document to my Palm.
