Well it certainly used to be in the lower landside area, and a while back I confidently stated its presence in a thread. But I seem to recall
Jerry correcting me almost immediately to the effect that this facility closed in early 2014. I did have a quick look a month or so back and I must admit I couldn't find it, but I didn't spend long doing so. Penn Station (or a Manhattan hotel) is a better bet in this scenario, no issues there.
