If those are the only flights that are available then, why not just book them in the first instance when you are able to finalize your travel dates, instead of booking something 11 months in advance, and then changing?

I'm still not seeing what benefit you get by booking something you might not use 11 months in advance, instead of just waiting until you can make definite plans and booking then -- whether it be AAnytime Coach or SAAver Business.
