In fact, the trip insurance policy (which covers 3 tickets, hotel, etc) for this entire trip -- including CFAR ("cancel for any reason") -- cost a whopping $236.

So I get far better change/cancellation protections for $236. Re-deposit fee with AA would have been $200.
