Spot on.
The agents seriously try to recruit me and others to complain, but in the grand scheme of things the lounge has very few things to complain about. The most pressing things that are are AA's fault: supply the better snacks and give us the chits as we expect. AA could make both happen overnight.
I love the SAN agents, but theyre getting annoying with their agenda.
