If you are headed for the airport, whether driving your own car or taking a bus, there is always the possibility of an unexpected traffic delay. That's why they are called "accidents." Holding a bus company responsible for traffic delays is silly. You as the rider have to factor in the chance that traffic will be bad into your determination of how early to get a bus.
I'm going to re-post it:
I was talking about negligence because a guy has been stranded in the middle of nowhere (resulting in flight lost) just because the easybus driver reached the maximum driving time limit...and negligence is always persecutable, no matter T&C.
