How to book award saver using KF miles for this route :

Sin-Barcelona (stop over) - Sao Paulo (destination use SQ) - Lima (stopover-avianca) - Houston (stopover-United) - Moscow (stopover-SQ) - Singapore

1. Is it possible to use KF miles for that award saver route ,i will pay additional 3 stopover
2. Will i use the same miles like round trip Sin-GRU for that itinerary .
3. i think i need to do phone booking with krisflyer,do you think i still can ask for 15% booking
4. How about the rule of fuel surcharge, at each stopover are there any additional surcharges .
