Well, I'd like to book in sooner than later, but since it's not until Oct, I can afford to wait. I'm just scared of prices going up!
LOL @ Goodenough. Does look good but the prices I'm seeing are in £££ and therfore a LOT higher than I'd like to pay.

There's not much near Ebbsfleet, sadly. Having said that, you could stay at Stratford (just make sure it's Stratford in London, not Stratford on Avon!) - there's some good hotels in the Westfield complex, and you can travel to/from St Pancras or Ebbsfleet on the high-speed services.

There is something special about departing from St Pancras, however...
I thought being by the Westfield Mall was too far and that it would require multiple subway changes...

Obviously I'm wrong then so I'll look into it.

But I thought it was just he regular subway that runs in London? Well and the overground too?
