Considering I've been offloaded several Horizon flights because my inbound AS flight is late and I show up 10 minutes before departure, yes, it IS good customer service.
Put it this way: I have a reasonable amount of faith WN or DL will hold a plane within reason for a delayed connection on the last flight out. AS/QX? I don't trust them one bit.
