In YUL today total sizer supervisor nazi. Had a very small carry on. The bag fit into the sizer but the wheel stuck out 1 inch. I begged and pleaded for common sense. Got no where and said pay or stay. Honestly if i was trying to circumvent the rules and get a massive bag on board then i deserve to be punished but this was simply a design flaw of the luggage. Rest of flight was fine but their baggage nazis really make an airline like United seem awesome.

Will avoid AC for future flights and stick with American carriers until they adopt crazy rules like AC policies.
