My wife and I fly out in 24 hours and I decided to log in to check the status of her Priority Pass card from Citi. We've never used this card and never logged in before. Apparently, we need a PIN! I just called the number on the card and confirmed the card is active. The CSR said that the card came with "unlimited visits" but when she clicked on the profile, it says "up to 2 visits". I don't understand the discrepancy. I want to confirm that this card will give my wife and a guest unlimited visits to PP lounges, correct?
