I just came back from Miami beach. About a week before going we cancelled our reservation at the Edition and booked the 1 Hotel. I'm very happy we made that change.

The 1 Hotel is beautiful inside; the rooms spectacular. You're right in thinking the rooftop pool is a showstopper - it is. Overall the food and service at the hotel was great. I highly recommend eating at Beachcraft.

The best part about our stay was the staff. They were very helpful and more than willing to tell you the best places to go.

Look for deals on the website. They offer 20% off and free valet, though you can Uber just as easily.
