Riiiiiiight. Because none of us have ever encountered unhelpful UA agents with "not my job" attitudes. Next you're gonna tell me all those FAs who sit reading their books in the galleys while pax need help aren't "unbusy" either.

The problem is the lack of a service-oriented, can-do, customer-focused attitude that's plaguing UA. There are a few rockstars, but they are few and far between sadly.
