Thanks Missy -- feeling much better since Thursday, it's just that my appetite still hasn't quite returned (which isn't all bad). I was really good this weekend -- Friday lunch was the infamous UA F deli plate (or part of it), dinner was a large side/dinner salad. Saturday and today both were a solid breakfast (Sat. was late enough to cover for brunch) plus a half chicken caesar salad for dinner and today's lunch was a bowl of turkey chili with a small amount of cheese on top. I'm actually looking forward to getting on the scales tomorrow morning....or maybe I shouldn't say that and jinx myself!
