You are entitled to $15 for breakfast/lunch and $25 for dinner as a Super Elite. If you have CC travel insurance (get a flight delay manifest from AC) and your coverage kicks in after the 4 hour delay for new flights, hotels, food, and ground transportation.

Change fees are waived if you want to rebook onto an earlier flight than the revised departure of your delayed flight. Unless you are an outstation with limited options why haven't you looked at getting rebooked?
