The seatmap when you try to reserve a seat on LH451 on Sept 3 is misleading. There is no configuration of the 748i on LH.com (there are four) which shows lavatories close to row 27. The closest one is: http://www.lufthansa.com/mediapool/p...dia_1267293786
which has Economy seats in rows 16-20 and 27-49, and Premium Economy seats in rows 22-25. Rows 22-25 are missing from the seatmap when you attempt to select a seat. The lavatories are in front of row 22 and not row 27. It also appears that LH is not selling Premium Economy seats on this flight.

So row 27 won't be close to the lavatories but the worst that can happen is there is equipment change and row 27 no longer has extra leg room. I'm not sure if they will move you to row 21 which has more leg room (but which is close to the lavatories) or refund your payment. There was a report by someone who had paid for advance seat reservation but was moved to another seat and did not get a refund. However, it was not a seat with more leg room.
