Okay, my goals for Columbus Day....
1) Drop 8 more pounds (I'd love to lose 10, but I think 8 is more realistic)
2) I'm great about water consumption during the week, but when traveling on weekends I tend to slack a bit...I need to make sure I don't cut back on those weekends
3) In addition to staying on-track with my training & weekly long walk/run distances, I need 4 nights/week put in either 4-6 miles or 60 hard minutes on the dreadmill. Also get back into a consistent gym routine of 2-3x/week.
Okay...that's it for now...(something tells me this will get edited a dozen or so times!)
