Well let's not go too far here...

I'm still willing to argue with LH on the baggage allowance of one of my reservations last year: AC/PHL-YYZ-LH/LHR-DUS-ORD-UA/YEG. At DUS, they believed that I got 2x23kg because of IATA rules; I believed that I get 3x32kg because of DoT rules. I'm right, of course, but they'll never admit it
