I am so glad to have found this forum, and the WW topic!
I am 50, and have been eating and exercising on WW since Oct., 2002. I am down 60 pounds, and have 5 - 10 more to go. I have only done it Online, as meetings are just too hard to work into my schedule.
I don't fly for business, only pleasure, so have to work hard to keep miles in my UA account.
I really like the Flex Points Plan, so far. Getting to eat ALL my exercise points is a plus for me - I try to eat them and leave my Flex points alone.
WASA brand fat free Rye crackers are 4 for a point, and are a great snack with one of the wedges of Laughing Cow cheese spread on them!
