Its not the fat thats the problem in the dressing..its the sugar. The only dressing I use at home is Good season Italian which I make with Balsamic Vinegar. It's going to be the second thing (right behind fruit) that I add back into my diet when the carb counter goes up. I've thought about adding oil and even maybe a drop or two of sesame oil to my new dressing concoction, but it tastes pretty good as is, so I'm just going with it for now.

I've decided to just stay on induction until Seadoo..cuz I know i'm going to blow it bigtime that weekend.
