That is the program that
Hunki and I have been doing and it is working fabulously. You work out 6 days a week, alternating sclupting (push-ups, weights, lunges and squats) with cardi/ab work and rest one day a week. You can easily do it in your room when you travel, if you take your laptop and have a DVD player. We use resistance bands on the road most of the time, but also have
Aqua Bells which we sometimes use as well.
When one is younger, one can fake it, but as you get older it is definitely impossible to maintain a strong, sexy body without lots of exercise. No matter how old you are, I would say, Start Today!!! I feel a hundred times better since I started.
