That is the worst thing. Likely it would be contract employees there and almost useless. The agents on the Platinum and Diamond line will be able to help much better. I had made changes on my in-law's tickets (I also bought booked them) when my mother-in-law had to go to into the hospital.) Even with Delta employees at the airport, sometimes the phone agents can do better. On November 2013 when I was in SEA, returning to LAX the day they had the shooting at LAX, I wanted to be routed SEA-JFK-LAX instead of SEA-LAX and sitting at SEA for another 6 hours. At the Skyclub they could/would not do it. On the phone they did it. I got upgraded to BE, and got the double MQM and RDM bonus.
