If your flight arrives at a Z gate and you want to stay airside, Z departure area has more eating places than B departure area where your Air China flight leaves from. If you can enter Schengen/Germany without a visa, the Squaire building attached to the airport has a choice of places for a meal. Of you can leave the airport and go into Frankfurt. Do a search for 'FRA layover' in the Germany forum.

Check Frankfurt Airport's website for a list of restaurants and cafes.
