I arrive in frankfurt at 8AM from the US on lufthansa next wednesday and leave to go to chengdu on air china at 2PM. Any tips or suggestions, especially for a meal? Big walk ahead of us most likely or will it be fairly straight forward as long as we follow the signs? Just going to have small carry on laptop bags so nothing big to lug around/customs. Thanks

If your flight arrives at a Z gate and you want to stay airside, Z departure area has more eating places than B departure area where your Air China flight leaves from. If you can enter Schengen/Germany without a visa, the
Squaire building attached to the airport has a choice of places for a meal. Of you can leave the airport and go into Frankfurt. Do a search for 'FRA layover' in the
Germany forum.
Check Frankfurt Airport's website for a
list of restaurants and cafes.
