I understand the fact that you're disgruntled, but I'm not certain AC is actually the culprit as much as weather and perhaps the attitude you had at the time.

First, weather is air traffic control dependent, so while you may see "moderate rain" it is more likely that air traffic control saw more. That's air travel. Deal with it. I see this excuse given more often than I can count for blaming an airline when the weather or air traffic control is the true culprit.

Second, you fly a foreign airline in a foreign country and are surprised that English isn't spoken or spoken well? Either you shouldn't be flying abroad or you should stick to only US airlines...or you need to deal. Blaming a foreign airline because communication is challenging in a foreign country for you is the height of hubris.

Third, it wouldn't shock me that flights WERE full before cancellations and delays caused people to adjust plans. So your 25% open flight might have ended up more open then but may very well have been fully booked originally...before weather screwed everything up. It doesn't necessarily follow that AC lied.

Everything else seems to follow from those. Wifi in lounges is intermittent, and perhaps it was. But that wasn't that reason you were upset. It was bad weather, your flight got cancelled, and you were furious...and blamed AC.

It sounds like you may be 1K and didn't realize that crap happens. I personally think you're off base in your criticism on this one. I'm willing to guess that your attitude didn't help much either.
