My goal with Chase this year is to get Southwest Business and Personal cards at the end of the year (hoping both will be 50K point offers) to get companion pass in 2016-2017, once my husband's expires.
Any advice about keeping the Bold open versus keeping the Ink Plus open? Can I churn Ink Plus (after the Southwest Business card is open of course)? I'm Chase Private Client status but that doesn't seem to translate into any special treatment from the credit card department. Thanks, Judy
Ink Bold is a Charge Card, i.e. "no credit limit" upfront (but it does have a credit limit in the internal system). Therefore it cannot be reallocated to other cards.
Business card credit line cannot be moved to personal card in general. However in rare occasion it was done (happened on myself once 2 years ago from Ink Cash to a personal card which I believe was a BA.)
As far as "churning", you may want to read the STICKY in this forum on Applying Chase cards for the latest development.
