They usually (but not always) take meal orders from front to back, starting on the A side. But the meals themselves are served front back to front. So if you care about getting your choice of meal, you may want to be closer to the front. If you want to be served quickly so you can get some rest aftwards, you may want to be close to the back
I typically avoid first row and last rows of the cabins and end up somewhere in the middle.
